About

Coach honestly. Encourage always. Point them upward.

Coach Hopper is a youth coach, mentor, father, husband, and ministry leader who believes sports are one of the greatest tools for shaping young people.

His coaching style is honest, encouraging, challenging, and relational. Athletes are expected to work hard, listen well, stay coachable, and grow beyond the game.

Coach Hopper has coached youth football, basketball, and baseball, served in youth ministry, led camps and student activities, and worked with athletes from beginners to older competitive players.

The mission is simple: use coaching to serve families, develop athletes, and point young people toward discipline, purpose, and Christlike character.

Coaching Philosophy

Fun, not lazy. Encouraging, not soft. Challenging, not crushing.

Every athlete should leave a Coach Hopper session feeling challenged, encouraged, seen, coached with purpose, clear on what to improve, and more confident than when they arrived.

Athletes will be pushed to improve while being reminded that their value is not based on performance.

Biblical Values That Shape the Coaching

A biblical worldview, applied in the gym and on the field.

Athletes are not pressured into performance for identity. They are taught to steward their gifts with gratitude and effort.
